Click on the podcast link in the right margin of this blog to hear episodes of the NONALIGNMENT PACT podcasts. If you need help, just ask.

Please submit guesses for John AND Ms Rosa's two mystery tunes in the comments section of this post.

Clues may be provided if the songs cannot be guessed. Song and Artist must be guessed in order for you to win and provide the next mystery tune on an upcoming cast.

If you want to do a podcast, guest host a podcast, submit music, or submit artwork, or anything else relative EMAIL ME HERE.

I enjoyed this episode... maybe because four of the songs were mine. That was a joke. Only goes to show you, I always need submissions. I haven't really come to terms with my DJ Shadow submission, mostly because i associate it with Tokyo Drift, but... it was either that or Cult of Luna's "Marching to the Heartbeats"... I'll probably wish I had used that instead.. Hell, I almost used Nervous Norvus "The Fang", so no telling where my head is at.

atop your shoulders? just a guess.

sorry i didn't realize that giving you my voice with my NTT was preferable. not that i know how to do this. ramon, do i know how to do this?

Not Atop your Shoulders. And, any voice other than mine is preferred, in my book. You could do an intro really easy. For example...

turn on the MAC
Open Garage Band
Plug in external microphone device and make sure audio settings on computer recognize it and levels are good.
Select basic track and record yourself.
Drag sound bite in from iTunes you are using as mystery tune.
Cut the song at the appropriate place. (saves you sending me a large file when you can send the twenty seconds)
When done with your mini radio show..
Select "share" from the toolbar menu.
Select send to iTunes.
Once it is in iTunes you can convert to mp3 or whatever. Then send it to me! Garage band is pretty user friendly. If an ape like me can operate the controls, anyone can. It would be cool if you got in there and tinkered around, you could maybe do an upcoming podcast yourself??!

i mentioned my NTT artist in john's blogs' commentary. if you say "punk" this is who pops into my brainz. he died when i was 11 in new orleans.

head stapler: i am beyond help methinks. ramon said we can now use an external mic but that doesn't really answer my questions since i wouldn't know where to plug it in. maybe he'll write me a detailed 'how-to' but he's not that type.

my external microphone goes into my usb port. The computer will then recognize it for you. I am highly positive that if you open garage band and read through the help questions, you will learn what you need to know. Its all brief and easy to understand. Trust me on the easy to understand. I have a touch of ADD myself for all intents and purposes... and I manage it ok. Also Carlos, can give some advice too since he has a mac and has done the podcast. Justin is just brainy about that stuff in general, so he's good to ask. I say, find the mic Ramon says to use, and see where you can stick it. ;)

Glad you liked the DJ Shadow BBODG. I had that song stuck in my head last week, and figured I'd throw it on.

Kilian has identified Ms. Rosa's NTT #1 ARTIST. Looking for song title.

Johns clue is good.

Looking forward to your submissions.

my mention of ADD seems like I related it to comprehension... and well, thats how bad my attention span is, that I couldn't rethink that before hitting publish.

Okay that helps. I think it's Get off the Phone but geez when isn't he using a standard rock blues riff.

wouldn't have gotten close without the clues. I didn't even know John's comment was a clue. I thought it was a guess.
