I'm not sure how I could avoid it because it's everywhere. For example, I could no longer listen to news on the radio because it has incidental music. I would basically have to avoid any broadcast media and, as you mention, certain elevators and grocery stores. That said, I'm up for the challenge. Starting Monday I will try to avoid any music.
