Podcasting from the Feed Store.... #54

Let's see....

I relocated from the Aleutians to Houston last weekend. I didn't have time to host this episode and so I asked this dude Dudley to guest host for me. I would say that I was sorry for asking him, because of what unfolded in this cast with him behind the wheel- but to be honest, it's pretty fucking funny. Normally I wouldn't ask some stranger to do anything I consider myself to be responsible for.. but what the fuck... It is only a podcast.

I would also say that I hope none of you take offense at Dudley's back woods ranting-but I almost believe that each and every one of you deserve it considering all of the crap submissions I have had to weed through in the past. I'm not saying that they are all crap. I'm just saying.

This week's WORST submission "award" goes to Kilian.... Conor was pushing it close behind him... Anaconda... barely escaped... Justin scores points for bringing up terrible memories with Bob Mould and then carving them up with the Brecht.

Doug's submission of "Sink" was my favorite track on here.

Not sure why the Plaid track was truncated. Blame Dudley.

Maybe I'll see some of you around. Please get in touch with me if you have any ideas as to where I can hang some artwork.

I'll second Ramona... I haven't had a chance to listen since I'm at work, but the playlist does not show up.

Thank you Claire.

I want to share this award with all lovers of Michael Jackson flatulence based humor. We've come along way but our form of low culture entertainment must be heard.

There is light at the end of the tunnel and some day we will be seen as equals with Larry the Cable Guy, Jeff Foxworthy et al.

Speaking of which I would like to thank the new Houston based comedy team of Rosanne Barr and Tom Arnold for hosting this week's napcast. I am sure we will be enjoying more of their equally flatulent humor for many casts to come.

In the words of a fellow napster I say, please, please. Kill. me. now.

I have been hearing a lot about crap lately, from serious crap, to actual crap, to funny crap, to political crap.
This falls in the line with funny crap. It's totally the humor of this blog, sometimes, and today it's been put to 'song.'
And who's talking, Ms. Cuntry Boner submitter?
But what about Ted's Vanity 6 submission?
So, I had a good time with the cast and enjoyed the Darryl, Darryl and Darryl character. I can totally see you 'shaking your wares' for him to do the cast. I mean, that's so you.

So, a lot of moon titles and a lot of humor. But no skipping.

Shaking my wares? Yeah. I am known to slather on the whore paint, push the tits up, elongate the calves and pout the ass out and forego meaningful talk altogether. It's so much easier than actually trying to sound smart. And I guess, I wasn't really "lost" and ended up at the feed store. I drove straight there.

As for the submissions... I will start giving out awards with each episode. I couldn't really touch yours this week. In general I try not to raz the non writing contributors, but admittedly... Vanity 6 made me feel like I was playing toe jam and earl.

I am not a huge fan of Puscifer.... for various reasons.. but it was late and I figured it fit with the theme.

Speaking of... We need a theme for next week's cast.

maybe the theme could be about Dungeonmaster Ramon being too busy as a media machine to submit any music... Seems like media machines could cough up some media without any effort.

By the way, houston is fucking hotter than fucking hell.

Ted, I hope you know I am teasing.

claire - in my mind your voice is the same as Toff's in Avatar, the airbender show. Just saying...

I prefer to read this as if all of you had the voice of Gregory Peck, in his role as Abraham Lincoln in the miniseries "The Blue and The Gray".

There's like 5 million more like it, if you can believe that... because, I can't believe that.

I can't handle Earth.
