Succour
A few songs I've always found palliative.

00:00;00 Seefeel "Extract"
07:26;04 Whipped Cream "Explosion"
11:58;20 Yo La Tengo "Moby Octopad"
17:43;29 My Bloody Valentine "Soon"
24:40;00 R.E.M. "Me in Honey"
28:45;15 end
You can download this here (for a week or 100 downloads). I was going to put it on PodOmatic, but because we're not "pro", they now seem to be limiting us to 22kHz, 96 Kbps, which is insufficient to properly convey sonic splendor.
Update: Found a different place for files. Download here, or stream below:

need help turning this into a podcast?
enjoyed this. now, is it the financial crisis got you down? all the best man.
I know how, it's just that they would've converted it to a 96 kbps bit rate and a 22 kHz sample rate (i.e. made it sound shitty) due to our non-Pro status.
Yeah, you wouldn't want us to hear Seefeel and Yo La Tengo on anything less than their super high production values. Good point. Elitist wanker.
What can I say? In Oakland we have a commitment to excellence.
Nice.
I like how this new thingy played the music. Easy.
