Halfway through the skies broke open. <br/><br/>Moments like that are why I remember Houston fondly. They were a new experience for me and I looked forward to floods - the first really cool thing I did when we first moved to Texas was canoeing the streets after a huge flash flood. As I recall, the Hanna-Barbera character, Peter Potamus, had a hurricane hippo holler.
