In my continuing quest to be as lazy as possible, this week I present you with a collection of links that I have been collecting for a few weeks, interspersed with the very occasional droll comment.
If we’re all just going to be downloading music (or worse, renting it in the form of a regular stream fee), what will happen to album art? Whenever I buy albums, I always like to sit down and palm the cover art and liner notes while listening to the thing. The future, apparently, holds no such possibilities. I guess we’ll have to settle for making art from existing art.
Have you ever thought that musicians are touchy sons of bitches? Science is here to confirm your suspicions.
And speaking of science, a one hit wonder demonstrates how some things appear to be hardwired into our noodles.
Hey, have you installed your copy of Hannah Montana Linux yet?
And finally, here are some sweet ass covers.

Josh Denkmire’s wife here (he’s the Sunday guy if you didn’t know). Just wanted to say I like the use of the word “droll.”
Thanks. According to my thesaurus you might also like these words:
agreeable, boffo, camp, campy, charming, cheerful, cheering, comical, cut up, delightful, diverting, enchanting, engaging, enjoyable, entertaining, for grins, fun, gladdening, gratifying, gut-busting, humorous, interesting, jocular, jokey, joshing, laughable, lively, merry, pleasant, pleasing, priceless, screaming, sidesplitting, too funny for words, witty
That Invader guy caught my attention a while back with his street art. that rubikcube stuff is pretty awesome.
Boffo.
Trivia: I actually looked up “droll” in several Thesauri and picked that particular list of words because it included “boffo.”
