Week ???: Oh Oh

oh oh. oh oh sounds like a mistake. But not a big one. It sounds like o o but it’s not oh oh. It lingers a little bit longer. It sighs at the end a little bit. Webster says its the same as uh oh, but I disagree. There’s more doom in oh oh and more realization. Oh oh is very musical. Not as much as ah, but it has more rhythm.

Where do you go after oh oh. Hmm would be a good follow up. Ahem would be funny. Oh oh, ha. James Brown watching the cops approach. Ha ha. Or ja ja in español. Pum cayo la piedra, is what we say to mean, now. Pum the rock has dropped. Now we start. And then you notice. Oh oh. It landed on your foot. Ouch. Ouch ouch. For it’s more painful.

Oh oh. Not long enough. Oooh oooh changes it comnletely. Ohhh. That too. In a doo wop group, of course, the music gives them all new meaning. Yeah. Like the Usher song. But oh oh. And oh oh, Guy Sebastian did it already. Guy Sebastian? Who’s Guy Sebastian? A guy who wrote, oh oh. I mean Oh Oh.

And since I’ve seen it, now I must share it. Get your oh ohs ready. Oh!*

Ha ha. Ouch. What week is this?

*Like the Diceman.

  • I’m partial to “har har, har har, ah ha ha, ah ha ha, ah…ha…ha…ooooooooooooo.”

Yosemite Sam’s movement from joy to bitter realization as he parachutes to safety (or so he thinks, turns out the bomber had air brakes as Bugs discovered) only to parachute into the detectives’ waiting convertible.
