I have a friend who has a pie get-together every Friday the 13th. On arriving at said get-together, said friend encouraged me to select something from his collection of LPs to play. I picked three things:

• An album of female Swiss yodelers
• A Jim Nabors album
• Willie Nelson’s Shotgun Willie

They all worked well, helping mask the sound of the throng of screaming kneebiters who were also in attendance.
