I stayed in Prague for a week once back in ’95/’96. Very memorable trip. Got off the train at a major stop and was greeted by a bunch of women offering apartments for rent really cheap. We rented an apartment that was a pretty good train ride from town. Somewhere you wouldn’t normally venture. Old Soviet building, tiny apartment, creative with its use of space. It was cool to sort of live like a Czech for a week.

On that Europe trip I was always like a day behind Crash Worship’s tour. They destroyed a basement pub in Prague. I don’t think I would have attended having seen what a CW show is like already. Basement venues not ideal.
